1. We all use only whites.
2. If you get a double edged item you may replace the white with the double edge. So at end game you could be using all DE stuff.
3. No other type (rare, legendary, ect...) of weapon, armour.

I should be able to level faster now that I can use those zones. I skipped a bunch of side quests but what do they really matter for TC hehe.
